Array Rep Power:       70 Reputation:       12919 Mr Snrub I bought Weather Systems today (yes bought, I need an actual CD to listen to in my car
). I'd listened to most of the songs already but it was Lightning Song and The Storm Before The Calm that made me take the plunge. My only gripe with the album now that I've listened to it all is there could be a few more songs with Lee Douglas (the girl
) on lead vocals.
Pretty good all round though

Gonna have to add this badboy to my favourites of this year.
On first listen I was somewhat disappointed, it just didn't seem very memorable, but as I do with all new albums I gave it time, I like to just keep an album on repeat for a while and see what sinks in.
And damn this is a grower, it's not perfect though, tracks 7-9 I don't particularly care for, but it's definitely worth checking out, it's not as catchy as their previous stuff, there is no "Sweet Disposition" on this album, but if you give it time (like I did) then I think you will appreciate it.
Check this song out and see if interests you:

Lock this album in for Grammy Album of The Year imo, its basically a sure thing.
Industry is loving it, and the Grammy foundation loves Mayer.
At the very least its guaranteed best pop vocalr8 4 reps

It's such a fine line between stupid and clever. #CapperforPM2013
