    Just had a solid sesh although felt shit. Have logged it on fitocracy.

    Pretty happy that my strength is continually improving, only been on this program for 2 weeks now but am enjoying.
    Always doubting myself though, could push weights up quicker IMO

    Swimming is great for muscles particularly shoulders. My shoulders really benifitted when I was doing a bit of swimming last year (then I got conjuntivitis twice, vale swimming for a while).

    Fuckin hate chlorine though, might try and do some swimming in the sea pools over the next little while


    Ran approx 7.9 km today in 40 minutes, and it was a tough run as well, couple of very big hills (one 750 of continued relatively steep uphill, one a steeper 450 metre). Very of myself with that, best tough run ive had in 8 months or so

    Basically just enter your workout in whenever you do it, and it keeps track gives you points and shit like that.
    I'm really just using it to track my progress so I can look back in a few month and be like what a pussy i was.

    Did this same run in the opposite direction today, which basically means instead of the 750 metre climb you get one that is essentially 1.5 km of climbing, with a couple of small respites in there, but pretty fuggin steep. Ran it in 41 minutes, pretty happy with that considering I was backing up from the day before and it's the harder direction to run it in.

    Been a bad, bad week for me. Having visitors up from Adelaide doesn't help, neither does finishing work at 7pm 5 days a week.
