Array Rep Power:       19 Reputation:       2900 Just reading through this thread... is there actually anything wrong with doing full body work out like 3 times a week rather than different days for different muscle groups? I've been doing full body but maybe only like 6-7 different exercises 3 times a week. As well as cardio. Have been doing 3 km run in 15 mins then weights. And on the off days have been doing bit of swimming or basketball and cricket training.
Not looking to get huge, just tone up and have a decent build etc. Currently am about 83 kgs ( a lot of that in the legs too) and 182 cm tall. Really don't know a lot about the best way to be going about it and have been making it up on the spot really. Haven't had anyone to go with me because its the gym at my work (which i get for free
)
So really what is the best way I should be going about it?

Array Rep Power:       19 Reputation:       2900 Are you really solid like big upper body? I'm around the same height 182 cm.. and weigh about 83.. i often go up and down between about 80-85 and always think I could afford to lose about another 5, take a few off the legs and a flatter stomach. About 4 years ago when got lazy as fuck, just started driving and eating shit, I got up to about 95 and have seen photos from then and was pretty big. Everyones build is different but I reckon for that height ideal weight would be between 80-85? Unless you are pretty big muscle wise.
