I focus on rotary cuffs on shoulder days tbh, occasionally I'll go heavy with arnie-dumbbell presses or mil-dumbbell presses. Dumbbell raises (front and side), really light weight (10kg or under) focusing on resisting on the way down rather than getting it up.
I'm also scared of shoulder injuries, because without healthy shoulders you simply can't lift.
