    Broke my dumbell bench press record today. Previous best was 35kg x 5 today did 35kg x 6. Once I get to 8 reps, I am going to give 37.5 kgs a crack. This would be smashing all time records for me.

    Nice, I only really just started back last week, did 25kg at 8 reps, not bad considering I hadn't really done any lifting in months before that

    Yeh it doesn't take long to get back to where you were. Just need some consistency in your training and you will see improvement every week so as long as you keep pushing yourself.

    Went out and did some boxing in the shed for the first time in aaaages just now. Haven't been able to do it for awhile because dad put a bunch of shit in the way. -_- Got through three rounds alright but was gone by round 4. My cardio fitness is turrble.

    On the meats, I prefer well cooked lamb steak to beef. Best beef I've had was when I had a stonegrill in NZ once, that was delicious. Cant remember what cut it was though.

    Ran a solid 10km this arvo. Felt real good running it, ran very even. Was a tad slower than I expected but still, positive signs. MIght have to adress my diest slightly though, eating too much shitty food of late.

    edit - a slight change in route of mine means im running about 10.6km instead of 10.2 km as I used to, which partly explains running slower than I was. 10.6km in 53 minutes, pretty much bang on 5 minute km's so not too bad, although I was sown to about 48 minutes for the 10.2km when I was at my peak last year.
