Is there anything for iron? All the iron supps/vitamins at the chemist say for women and not sure if I should get them or if anything else is available...?
(I feel the pun at the start of this post is so lame I need to explain it, I mean sup guys as in supplement guys)

My cousin has an iron deficiency and he has iron tablets that aren't for woman, so the product is definitely out there.

Array Rep Power:       43 Reputation:       7581 You can take vitamins that are labelled as being for women without turning into a women. Iron tablets are just iron tablets, and ones labelled as for women aren't any different (theres probably some joke about women and ironing in here). Should take vitamin c with iron to increase absorption.
It's pretty unlikely that it would happen, but what JP is saying about men checking if they need to take iron tablets is because of haemochromatosis. Iron overload - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Men don't have as much reason to take iron tablets as they are not losing it frequently (typically).
