Are you mixing it up with dropsets and supersets?

    Have you tried steroids?

I have, but not for body building purposes.

I've supersetted some shoulder exercises but nothing else. Any recommendations for supersetting chest exercises, leg exercises and arm exercises? Obviously not all of them together.

If you're still cutting don't worry about it, don't think any of my lifts have increased significantly since starting.

At the moment I do dropsets with dumbbell chest press, superset rear delt fly with chickenwing lateral raise for shoulders, and superset dumbbell curl with EZ-bar inside grip curl for biceps. Might not lift but it's something different for the body and gets the muscles reacting in a different to what they're used to.

Leg exercises take a lot out of me (you'd be fucked too if 15x240kg calf raise was a warm-up set) so I don't bother doing dropsets or supersets with them.

Thanks Deebz, must spread rep etc.

I've tried drop sets before, just need to make sure I put the right weights on. No point taking off 10kgs on either side.

Yeah that's also true. It's just frustrating.

For dumbbell press I like to do a triple dropset and go 50lbs -> 35lbs -> 25lbs. 8 reps per drop.

It's such a struggle during that last drop arms feel like jelly.

Don't worry about it then, it's always going to happen when cutting as you're under maintenance so to speak.

3 sets x50lbs, 3x35lbs, 3x25lbs? Is that what you mean?

    Or 8 reps of 50, 35, 25 and repeat 3 times.

8 reps 50lbs, 8 reps 35lbs, 8 reps 25lbs. No breaks between each set, just drop the weights and pick up the next one down and do it all again.

I do that twice for the exercise for a total of six combined sets. Getting some sweet gains out of it.

Will give it a try tomorrow. Hopefully I don't get negged for hogging 3 sets of weights. Will rack them though.

Moar info here. It's great for building endurance as well, but I'd also warn and say don't go crazy with the weight for the first time. I can lift more than 50lbs for that exercise in a standard set but I dropped it down a touch just to make sure I'd get through the full dropset. Ultimately you're doing much higher volume than in a standard set.
