    I was fucked at the end of it. Really tires you out, although we do dumbbell press second last exercise so had already fatigued the chest a fair bit by then.

    Did a super set of a front raise/side raise/shurg+dumbbell press.

    5kg weights made my arms jelly.

    This was at the end of my shoulder routine.

    What should I be doing to make my arms bigger? I am pretty stocky in the legs and torso (fat) my skinny arms annoy me.

    Focus on big compound tricep exercises.

    Close grip bench press
    Diamond push ups
    Skull crushers

    Aim for 6-8 reps.

    Train your whole body, training your legs will induce more testosterone etc. to improve your arms.

    Train heavy (underhand chinups, barbell + dumbbell curl, preachers, hammers, tricep pushdown, lying tricep extension, dips - they're all the main builders for bis and tris), eat big, get plenty of rest. It'll come with time. If you're looking for size, 3 sets, 4-8 reps is usually the go, but dont be afraid to change it up every now and then.

    treat triceps as top priority - they take up (i think) about 70% of your upper arms, so big triceps = big arms

    if working from a gym, pulldowns/skullcrushers/tricep extensions, if from home, dips work just as well

    what are your goals?

    Tbh though, most of the bodybuilders I've spoken to only condone 15 reps as a change up thing, 6-10 should be the range for building muscle (keeping bodyfat low will bring out definition, body fat comes down to nutrition and training intensity, so thus no need for high rep ranges), anything above 12 really is starting to burn muscle as opposed to build it.

    It really depends on what your purpose is though.

    I also wouldn't call myself an expert by any means

    I used to train till 5 reps, enjoyed it, saw gains, I then trained till 8 reps, enjoyed it, saw better gains, but I've never gone past that 12 rep range. I feel you're fighting against lactic acid more so than actually building muscle sometimes.
