Array Rep Power:       75 Reputation:       7408 Today is the first time since I started going (a month yesterday) that I really just couldn't be bothered. Normally I'm pretty good and when I feel myself getting weaker towards the end of a set, I force myself to push through and get it done.
But today, just no good, possibly because I haven't been sleeping well the last few nights, so my body is probably excessively tired.

Array Rep Power:       52 Reputation:       8330 My friend is such a fool, yeh he is bigger than me and tries to give me pointers when we are at the gym, that's fine, but I was doing bicep curls today, I do them alternating arms with very strict form (no rocking what so ever) and he's telling me to make sure that I don't rock when I do them and I'm like "Yeah I know, I don't"...
Yet when he does bicep curls he does both arms at the same time with a lot of rocking his body back and forward...
THE HYPOCRISY!!!!!!!

Hard to see if I'm losing weight now

Everyday
Breakfast: Cereal and banana
Lunch: 2 bread rolls with salami
Afternoon: Protein shake
Dinner: chicken and salad
Brutal, will eventually need to change that up too many carbs in there per/protein.#FirstTakeCrew #TIACMB
