    I'll go swap bread rolls for celery and carrots with some ham or salami when I feel I can't lose any more, still pretty confident I'm under maintenance by 200-300 cals it's just water weight/hard to notice a change daily.

    Ridiculously hard to get that balance right, I know it's my diet holding me back but it's so hard to get it right - particularly as I work 12-8 twice a week. WTF do I do on those days? Basically working through lunch AND dinner.

    Does anyone use that My fitness pal app? Gives you a cal count you should stick to according to if you want to lose weight, maintain etc, and counts your cals if you put in what you've eaten and exercise you've done. Has been pretty useful!

    Yeah I used it and was successful in getting from 115kg to 95kg (yes, fat cunt etc) but now I'm stuck at 95kg and even if I only eat the calories it says to lose weight, I'm not losing weight.

    It's gotta be the right sort of calories - for example there's a noodlebox near where I work that I go to for lunch.. low in fat.. noodles, chicken etc - but noodles are pretty much all carbs and salt so it's not really that good for you.

    Some people can get away with an average diet and no real planning etc, others can't.

    If you don't see results then chances are its your diet.

    I can get away with it because a) The amount of cardio i do is crazy and b) fast metabolism
