I think form is one of the most important things with shoulders, Dev One doesn't lift that heavy (besides beasting shoulder press) but has great form and his shoulders on that beast time.

I almost did several months ago. I was on the negative part of the press but I had let my arm extend out too far, next second my whole arm snapped back and as a result I almost dislocated my shoulder. I probably would have if not Crosby2Malkin grapping the dumbbell before it went completely back.

Gotta love skinny kids (especially asians) who critique people's lifting form despite that person lifting well over double their weight.
This dude was dead lifting 140kg while some anorexic Asians were critiquing his form to each other, they then continue to lift 60kg with only slightly better form...

Also, PB on the Dumbbell Shoulder Press.
My triceps suck though.

I've found that higher reps with a low weight like 30kg dumbbells works well for traps.
Everyone's body does respond differently though
