    Some skinny kid walked into the gym today, probs be in like year 8 or 9 at school and went straight into the bicep curls.

    Had to be one of the funniest (in a sad way) things I've ever seen. Doing one arm at a time, he did half curls at best and proceeded to do this for the next 10 minutes. The weights were obviously too big, needed to drop to the next weight down. Got to the stage where his bicep was doing about 20% of the work.

    Then of course his gym session was finished and he left.

    I am weak as shit on chest! Can only bench 45kg atm if I'm doing 10-12 reps Prob ready to go up if I have a spotter but still shit.. I mostly go with a mate, and I lift at least 2 weights up on him on every muscle except chest he can do more.. Don't know why its such a weak area for me so obviously have to hit it harder...

    Have been doing wide grip bench press as well as the normal, and flyes and dumbbell press and if feel like doing more have been doing those on incline. Been doing that only for about 3 weeks, before that was doing Bench and a few machines.

    Start doing incline bench press + incline dumbbell press.

    Don't know why more people don't do them, probably my favourite chest exercise. The gains you make there should progress into your bench as well since it focuses on your upper pecs.

    Just as you posted this i edited in that if I feel like doing more I do them on incline as well... Not always though because I have been doing triceps on the same day so try to have something left but I think from now on will every time because I obviously need to work the chest a lot harder.

    Yeah, I used to do triceps on the same day as well but found I struggled (especially after incline). Now we do triceps on shoulder day and leave chest as a stand-alone so we can put everything into it.

    Squats and leg press are by far your favourite exercises. I see how much effort you put into it.

    Also saw a guy today he was benching 60kg, and was with a mate, who just by the way he was acting looked like it was his first time in a gym. So he was spotting for this guy, and the guy benching got to his final rep couldn't get it back up the guy spotting tried to help it up but dropped it on his mates chest and it started leaning over about to tip before I came over and helped it up.
