Array Rep Power:       19 Reputation:       2900 Haven't been since tuesday because have been drugged up for this fucking tooth ache. sounds soft as i know, only just got it fixed today though and am good to go.
had shoulders and legs left for the week. Will do shoulders tomorrow and just skip legs this week because if I do it tomorrow I won't be feeling right for basketball monday night. So its gunna hurt when I do legs next week after missing a week! :S
Am noticing bit more definition in uppder body and arms since about the 5 or 6 weeks i've been doing it for. Middle region still the same. Still a little fat to shed there. Guess I better get on the cardio.
