    I went indoor rock climbing today with a couple of mates, good fun, tough work as well especially with out mediocre technique and lack of grip strength.

    Absolutely belted back and bis today. Was with a mate and was one of the hardest sessions yet. Went up a weight in most, same exercises just more weight less rest time.

    Hot girl from work made a comment that my arms are looking big and really good.. then also added that it looks a little weird cus my right arm is way bigger than the left

    Went to the gym despite sore lower back. Decided to do shoulders and arms as it would put the least strain on it. The effort required getting the dumbbells of the racks, to my bench and then onto my knees = death. Between sets I ended up just leaving them on my legs (for shoulder press)

    Also there was one point at the climbing gym this chick near us was climbing this real hard crack (mirin her techniques tbh). Those last few grasps for different outcrops just started making orgasm noises, high pitched little gasps. We had to get out of the area before we pissed ourselves laughing.

    Just be careful man. Don't want to fuck with the lower back. It is critical to keep healthy to maintain regularity in your training. Make sure the abs are tight in everything you do. Even when picking up the weights. Takes a lot of the strain off your lower back.

    Probably not the best idea to train with a sore lower back brah. Really easy to snap some shit up and make it worse ... how bad is it? Bad enough to see a doctor?

    I had the same probably about a month ago and saw the doctor about it. According to him it's all mechanical and basically it will go away in a few weeks and that I should just do what I normally do but avoid deadlifts at the like. Probably shouldn't have gone today but I feel fat and my next chance to go to the gym won't be until Thursday night or Friday.
