Hot girl from work made a comment that my arms are looking big and really good.. then also added that it looks a little weird cus my right arm is way bigger than the left

Array Rep Power:       53 Reputation:       9136 Went to the gym despite sore lower back. Decided to do shoulders and arms as it would put the least strain on it. The effort required getting the dumbbells of the racks, to my bench and then onto my knees = death. Between sets I ended up just leaving them on my legs

Those last few grasps for different outcrops just started making orgasm noises, high pitched little gasps. We had to get out of the area before we pissed ourselves laughing.

Just be careful man. Don't want to fuck with the lower back. It is critical to keep healthy to maintain regularity in your training. Make sure the abs are tight in everything you do. Even when picking up the weights. Takes a lot of the strain off your lower back.

According to him it's all mechanical and basically it will go away in a few weeks and that I should just do what I normally do but avoid deadlifts at the like. Probably shouldn't have gone today but I feel fat and my next chance to go to the gym won't be until Thursday night or Friday.

when i played soccer semi-professionally our physio was a student but she was pretty fat whilst all the other teams physio's were stunners
saw said chubby physio out clubbing a few months back and she had lost a ton of weight and was looking extremely impressive. mirella, y u no do this when i was playing tho#TIACMB
