    If you're back is getting sore go back down to 'easier' type exercies. Do some supermen or back extentions with a low weight and get some basic strength back in to it.

    Should be right in a week or two... I hope. Just really sucks it happened after I took a week off because of a bad neck.

    Started lifting mid December. By mid may it looks like I'll have missed 2 months of lifting because of injuries

    Back and bis today, oh the pain. Been training intense as fuck lately after watching the plitt workouts. Really feel I wasted a lot of months with a lack of intensity and stale routines.

    Anybody know much about correcting posture/preventing back problems? I fear that sitting at a desk all day is starting to destroy my posture. I've been getting a sore back recently after long periods of sitting.. I have been stretching it out all day today which feels good but would prefer no pain at all..
