Started lifting mid December. By mid may it looks like I'll have missed 2 months of lifting because of injuries

Back and bis today, oh the pain. Been training intense as fuck lately after watching the plitt workouts. Really feel I wasted a lot of months with a lack of intensity and stale routines.

I've been getting a sore back recently after long periods of sitting.. I have been stretching it out all day today which feels good but would prefer no pain at all..
