    There's only one accurate way to measure body fat percentage and that's a DEXA scan. Every other method is just a rough guess.

    Another good Dwight Day with Deebz today. Looking forward to next week already, and giving the 27.5s a go on DB shoulder press. Will be nice if I can do that. Late Feb was at 17.5-20, got stuck at 22.5 for a while, but have busted that barrier the last 2 weeks.

    At the start or the end of your work out... Or should you not do them on shoulder day

    I do it after my biggest compound exercise. Usually it's after shoulder dumbbell press, I use it as a rest exercise because I'm usually dead exhausted after my compound exercises.

    I do them first as a warm-up (usually a good 2-3mins of it), and then after the heavy compound exercises like Dev One. I also just do a simple stretch to keep them loose.
