    Looks like my hip alignment issues have caught up with me again, killer sore back over the last 24hrs. Went and had it looked at and the doc confirmed what I sort of already knew. Told me it's still okay to go to the gym, just be careful, but maybe give lower body a rest for a week or so ... no legs

    This went better than expected.

    Pretty sure the way they 'fix' your back, is they somehow make sure the fix is only temporary so down the line you'll fuck it up even worse and be stuck with a chiro for life.
