Array Rep Power:       60 Reputation:       10043 Ran 7.1km or so in 33.20 yesterday, pretty strong considering I slowed in the middle when I nearly rolled my ankle again. Backing up after running 9.7km in 45 minutes on Wednesday. Havent ran this quickly in a while, pretty good

Array Rep Power:       76 Reputation:       7429 I missed a week of training while I was sick - there's nothing to be gained (as Deebz said) out of going. Once I was well enough to go, I went in expecting a slight drop on most of the personal bests I'd set myself, but in the end I didn't drop anything (plus it was my first chest session on the new Plitt workout Demba Ba and myself are now doing).
So, yeah, in summary, don't work out when you're sick, stay home and get better.

Watching Plitt's CHAOS chest work out before I smash it out today. Gotta love his quotes.

T'was amazing. Really enjoyed the warm up so I did three sets of it instead of two

Love those side to side things as well so I did that after every super set.
Come at me Plitt.

Like a push up, but you go side to side rather than up and down.

Array Rep Power:       57 Reputation:       7039 Smashed back and biceps this morning, so much burn.
Did 90kg seated row x 4 reps, super-setted with 45kg seated row x 12 reps - 3 times.
Also super-setted inside and outside grip ez-bar curls and then finished with preacher curls on a light weight but did 3 sets of 15 reps.
Main thing I'm doing different since I started watching Plitt is a lot more super-sets. I used to vary my work-outs and either do an endurance work-out (light weight, big reps) or a mass work-out (heavy weight, low reps) but now I do both together.

Array Rep Power:       47 Reputation:       8171 Back and shoulders. It's an amaze work out. combine with pull ups for serious lat pain
Pull up - slide across - down
Pull up - slide back - down
Instead of distributing your body weight over both lats. The majority of your weight will be taken by one lat when you pull up and the other lat when you go down

Array Rep Power:       43 Reputation:       7794 yeah but 2.3kg of pure muscle in a month is fairly impossible sans roids/noob gains i would have thought
Goals are fun and I'm having one

today.. Have been sick all week so have an excuse but still.. hadn't got to workout since tuesday and was still crook today but thought I need to at least try some catch up. Sessions I missed were shoulders and legs so did a bit of both. Started with shoulders, felt horrible, started feeling light headed and sick toward the end of every set. 4 weeks ago I did 3 sets of 22.5s on DB shoulder press, the next week I couldn't get them up so had to stick to 20s. No idea why... But today did one set of 8 of the 20s and couldn't get them up after that. So much
