Lite white has always been the milk in the house, full cream just tastes odd.
breeno did you have a bad food poisening/gastro type event that has had long term effects or something?

Array Rep Power:       0 Reputation:       8237 not too sure if that was the case tbh, it might of been (did have a bad case of gastro which lasted for 3 weeks about 6 weeks prior to me getting sick)
Basically, I wake up in the mornings and feel nauseous. When I was most stressed during VCE, it lasted for days where I just couldn't stomach any food, I would get the sweats, would have odd shitting patterns etc. I lost 15kg then (got down to 56kg), now I only get it in the mornings and just force myself to eat.

Array Rep Power:       0 Reputation:       8237 >10 blood tests, numerous brain scans and ECG scans, hormone tests etc. I've seen emergency doctors (when I was in yr 12 I seriously thought I was dying at one point), specialists, had colonoscopies and gastroscopies, psych tests etc. They're all dumbfounded. However, I started to get better when they out me on Chemo patient anti-nausea stuff, therefore I could eat and I started to pack on weight again. I'm nowhere near as bad as I was, just need to eat a relatively clean diet (cheese and garlic destroy me for days, alcohol is a no-no), get plenty of rest, train regularly and stay relaxed. I get it every morning for 30-40 mins, but it's nowhere near as bad as it was when I was genuinely 'sick'.
The best bet is a hormone imbalance triggered by stress (although I get sick even when really relaxed), some weird form of anxiety or some rare as fuck digestive disorder.
EDIT: I actually came up with a theory a while back that it's anxiety in response to acute stress (hence onset in yr 12); and that now, perhaps I'm stressing enough that I'm having stressful dreams throughout the night. Thus, my body sits there churning and having anxiety attacks whilst I sleep - feel nauseous for 30-40 mins when I get up.Last edited by breeno; 29th May 2012 at 10:32 PM.

I want to buy mass protein bars to have as snacks at work, they're pretty damn expensive though... Anyone know where to buy at wholesale prices? Haha.

I suggest going to your nearest supermarket and have a look. This is the nutritional info on the chocolate brownie Atkins bar:
Serving size: 60g
Energy: 925kj, 221kcal
Protein: 18g
Fat: 9.3g, 5g saturated
Carbs: 3.1g
Sugar: 1.1g
Fibre: 9.4g
Sodium: 189mg
Tastes pretty good too.
