    Try GroceryRun.com.au - Just like supermarkets, only cheaper! every so often.

    cheers brah

    “It is not the actual protein in these supplements, often coming from a food like whey, which will increase your weight. It is the total number of calories in the supplement. The problem is that the supplements are often loaded with piles of sugar."
    The cheaper ones always are - it's odd that they preach buying cheaper proteins, yet then rag it on the sugar in protein powders.

    You like prawns?

    Really good source of protein (about 25g per 100g) and ridiculously low levels of fat

    Shoulders yesterday, did some hardcore drop sets for dumbbell press.

    30kg -> 20kg -> 12.5kg

    8 reps each for the first set, then only managed 6 and then 5...

    Yeah I can do 8 on 25kgs but I can only do them if I have a spotter, can't get the damn things up.

    Can do 22.5kgs fine though.

    Use breeno's technique for getting them up. Deadlift them to standing position. Then swing them up to shoulder height and sit down. Works well.
