Shoulders yesterday, did some hardcore drop sets for dumbbell press.
30kg -> 20kg -> 12.5kg
8 reps each for the first set, then only managed 6 and then 5...

Can do 22.5kgs fine though.

Array Rep Power:       38 Reputation:       7002 Use breeno's technique for getting them up. Deadlift them to standing position. Then swing them up to shoulder height and sit down. Works well.
