Fitness First sheds clubs to shake UK debt
What I don't quite understand is, do they own the clubs (ie land and buildings) and are selling those, or are they selling the businesses as a going concern at the chosen locations? If the latter then it is likely they are under performing clubs and will not receive much from potential purchaser's. But I suppose if the banks are on the parent company's back to pay back debt, any proceeds will do.

My DB shoulder press is also 25kg, yet to be able to go up to 27.5kg. Crosby2Malkin have been doing the plate loaded machine shoulder press last couple of weeks though, felt like doing something different. Best I've managed is 55kg to 5 reps on that.

Array Rep Power:       24 Reputation:       3414 Have recently begun ordering food from Lite N Easy. I've been getting a full 7-day package for a few weeks now, which gives you your three main meals, plus a bunch of snacks for during the day. A little pricey, but the quality is excellent, I'm never going hungry, and (most importantly) the food tastes great! Would recommend it to anyone who wants to eat healthy, but is time-poor and/or simply can't be bothered cooking/preparing different food each day.
It's such a fine line between stupid and clever.
