I'd recommend Assault for fat loss. Increase in testosterone and I used to sweat a lot while using it. Could only mean great things for cutting.

Not too sure if it's too intense though, maybe start with half a scoop?

I'm a sporadic gym user due to sporting/uni/work constraints who does tend to neglect some areas of my body. Can anyone give me some pretty standard and simple back exercises to get me started in this department? The world wide web provides so many variations and I think this thread has proven that it tends to filter down exercises to the best ones.

    Awesome for us.

Given when we started doing it 10 mths or so ago, you were doing 30 and I could barely do the bar.

So I just read some health and fitness threads on BigFooty...

Wow, so so so misguided, everything I read is wrong, wrong and wrong. No wonder why 80% of gyms are full with tiny dudes who display little to no progress, they're getting their information from twelve year olds on forums like BigFooty...

At least go to bb.com and read outside of Misc for some good information.

Struggled a bit on chest day today, shoulders and arms were so sore from yesterday's shoulder session. But I still pushed through.

I always put a day's rest (or train legs) between shoulders and chest

I have two. Chest is Wednesday, shoulders are Saturday.

I always thought it was best to go push-pull-push-pull with your lifting rather than going push-push-pull or whatever. So I have a back session between chest and shoulders.
