Array Rep Power:       40 Reputation:       7272 Destroyed my legs this morning after being inspired by Plitt's leg workout. Not looking forward to the next couple of days though.
You guys should watch the Plitt leg workout. Absolute crack up what he does to the window blind at the start and then the analogy he draws from it. Even the cameraman was pissing himself.

They have a suggestion box. Every gym visit we should write 'NEW EQUIPMENT'

Array Rep Power:       49 Reputation:       9308 I suppose I don't know since I haven't really tried his workouts (have seen the guillotine curl though which is a good idea), but I'm a little concerned if you guys weren't able to "smash" a body part prior to Plitt, I'm assuming guys like Dev could (just judging off pics), but I thought supersetting was pretty common...
Explonotion pls

Array Rep Power:       40 Reputation:       7272 I used to superset through my exercises but it started to get repetitive.
I suppose it is like trying something new in that there is a high novelty factor initially.
What I have taken out of Plitt though is that I am breaking my body parts up even further now. So rather than hitting two body parts per session I annihilate just the one. This is the big difference between the before and after Plitt for me.

Array Rep Power:       8 Reputation:       1417 Starting this week I am going to be seeing the personal trainer twice in a week. He is a mate of mine so he charges basically fuck all per session.
My hips are wide as fuck (dat dere child bearing potential) so I need to work on getting my shoulders, traps and lats bigger to get a "v shape".
I am down to around 80kgs now. I haven't been trying to lose weight so I have increased my calories to around 2300 per day. I still have rolls on my gut, but I think it is mostly loose skin
Wondering if I should bulk it up to 2500 or so for a month to try and get some lean gains?Leela: You know Zapp, once I thought you were a big pompous buffoon. Then I realised that inside, you were just a pitiful child. But now I realise that outside that child is a big pompous buffoon!
Captain Zapp Brannigan: And which one rocked your world?

Array Rep Power:       40 Reputation:       7272 so, I have about 2 weeks left of my Craze and wont be taking pre-workout's again (well at least for a very long time). I was wanting to know what supplements I should take pre and post workout to maximise my strength and muscle gains? I plan to go on a cycle of creatine and I already take protein. Are there any other essential, somewhat natural and healthy, supp's you guys recommend?

I use this for BCAA's, it's good for muscle recovery. I don't find myself getting as dehydrated during training sessions with this stuff either.
