I have lost the ability to train by myself. :-/ Whenever I have to go by myself I end up disinterested and half-assing it for some reason. A wasted session today.

    I love training by myself

In saying that, it was great having a training partner back in the day.

My training partner experience was awful.

brb phaggot that wanted to do nothing but arms and chest.

Told him to squat, his response "fuck that, I dont want big legs"

Your body won't be able to digest the protein after the chicken (Assuming the chicken has at least 30g of protein and you weigh quite light if I remember correctly?)

I was going to do it in the future as a to everyone that gave me no time because I was fat.

One of my friends made for a crap training partner as well. His problem is that he only ever wants to do his favourite exercises, so all he does is full body workouts every session instead of single-muscle group training. Same exercises again, and again, and again. It's all over the place. I think his typical routine would be HammerStrength shoulder press, dumbbell press, barbell curl, tricep pulldown, back extensions, pec dec and maybe a lat pulldown ("I just don't like lat pulldowns" he says). Almost never does legs, but if he does it's just leg press, because he won't squat (admittedly neither do I right now after my back injury). I stopped training with him pretty much all together once I bothered to do some research and start putting together my own routine.

I like being rogue and coming up with ridiculous supersets

today - because i have to combine core & legs and my chest work outs I think I'll do something like 3 ss for legs

    Deadlift, dumbbell Lunges, bodyweight squat
    Romanian deadlift, hanstring curl
    calf raise, seated calf raise

chest i'll just do normally - but without drop sets like i usually do
    incline bench
    incline fly
    bench
    fly

for core i'll probably tabata for each of
    crunches
    burpees
    russian twist
    mountain climbers

    ... wish me luck guys
