Array Rep Power:       49 Reputation:       9307 Yepp, last piece for the topic. However, his friend is running the core for our Honours program. Normally it's only to be taken by 3rd years, but my tutor has nominated me as someone who could apply for special consideration to complete it in 2nd year, I was the only one in our entire class of 25 offered the subject, let alone a year early; he reckons if he talks to his friend (who I've also had as a tutor) that I should get in. The guy likes me and has gone out on a limb for me here, that's what I mean, he's not a bad guy who I would want to piss off, so a lot of what I would normally do is out of the question. If I get a shit mark, I'm going to go speak to the head lecturer and get it re-marked. It's all I can do.
Does nothing for me sitting here knocking up a 2500 word essay tho haha.

Array Rep Power:       59 Reputation:       7354 It's a one year thing. Could also do a 1.5 year Masters which I guess is better again?
My dad works in the construction field and he thinks he can get me a job at a construction company whilst studying it.
If not Project Management - what other sort of management related post-grad course could I benefit from? A three year Bachelor degree, particularly in Commerce, doesn't really help me stand out from anybody (particularly with only a 4.9 GPA).

It just looks and sounds better though. "I've got a masters in ..." gives off a better impression than "I've got a diploma in ..." if you know what I mean. Hence my Masters of Teaching looking better than a DipEd even though the only difference is I do an extra semester (for teaching specialisations).

Array Rep Power:       59 Reputation:       7354 Other option is doing Applied Finance which is relevant to what I studied and looks quite good - but then I'm not sure I'd be able to get a job out of it.
