Currently sitting on 24/35. Final exam is worth 65, so all I need is 26/65 to pass. Surely I can't fail that?

Array Rep Power: 10 Reputation: 1343 Having Exams for certain units is just useless. Fair enough with business type subjects for the most part, those subjects are relatively dry and to the textbook but having exams for units such as my history units this semester is just absurd and unrealistic.
For history and other research type units, Instead of having 20% presentation, 40% 2.5k word essay and 40% exam, make it 25% presenation and 75% 4-5k word essay and make it span the entire semester. People working in these fields will never have to write a rushed essay in two hours, they will spend weeks and months researching and writing about a subject of interest.
