Problem living in London though is rent is a B.I.T.C.H. Property market has taken a hit in the past few years so maybe that situation has improved a tad. Last time I checked though its rent was New York like in some places of London with demand way outstripping the supply

I actually started in audit but always wanted to get into corporate finance, so worked my arse off in the first year as a grad and made my intentions clear to the Partner. I created really good rapport with him and he took me under his wing and ended up doing a couple of transactions with him. He was good mates with the Corporate Finance Partner and got me a gig in there after the first year. So basically I worked my arse of and worked out who to form relationships with to get where I wanted.

Property has always interested me so went back to uni to do my masters in Property (haven't finished yet). That gave me a leg up for my current role. Enjoying it, but it isn't my passion. Not many people get to do things they love so my advice to you, would be to just get into the industry and work it out from there. Much better to get some form of industry experience and then use it as leverage to move into whatever area you are interested in (once you work it out).

If you actually needed a reason to hate this guy here it is. Id of been clinging on like grim death if I was him.

Its like giving a crayfish to a Ethiopian and him sending it back proclaiming "I dont eat seafood". Will probably end up with Jelena Jankovic and thinking he is awesome still.

Sure she was using him as much as he was using her. And he'll be just fine if his tennis career continues the way its going.

Probably uphill tbh given the amount of exposure he's getting and that he'll probably go from being a millionaire to a multi-millionaire.

Not that much further up hill then a chick that looks like that. Doubt the likes of Kate Upton are that interested in a bogan tennis player who isnt even liked by Lleyton Hewitt of all people (like going up to the ugliest girl in school, asking for a dance and having her laugh in your face)

Lleyton Hewitt is a bazillion times uglier and was just as much of a douche as a kid. He landed a decent bird.

Tomic is a tall, ripped kid with heaps of money and confidence. He'll land some ridiculous birds, all top tennis players do ffs. Most girls will probably sleep with him just so they can say 'i slept with tomic' whether they actually like him or not.

I'll be shocked if Tomic doesn't crack double figures over the next month.
