It's just not possible to replicate the artwork or sculptures from centuries ago. iirc the ceiling of the Vatican (not Sistine chapel) was done using a technique that no longer exists any more.

Array Rep Power:       17 Reputation:       2893 I don't think it's not re-creatable, I just think it's not cool to be a copier in art. Art is about creativity so producing an exact copy of something or something in a style of 500 years ago isn't something they would strive for.
