They just mentioned these stopgap nobodies who were never in our best 22 in any shape or form as players who arnt ready for the rigours of AFL football and wont perform for us.

    A little knowledge of our list wouldnt hurt. It goes both ways. People putting Dean Cox in there AA teams are crazy. Naitanui is having the better season of the two.

    In fairness Embers, I think the vast majority of the media are still trying to get their head around how the fuck the Eagles came from Wooden Spooners to a solid tilt in the finals the year after. It doesn't happen too often and they are just looking for reasons to believe they are going to fall over.

    Make no mistake, what the Eagles have done is a monumental achievement and I think Eagles supporters would be also think how the fuck it all happened.
