Why? Kepler doesn't have years of being a gun KPF and one of the top three players in the competition.

Difference is you would almost bet your life on Brown kicking the big goal to win a game/ final.

Both Roo and JBrown have been top three players at some stage in the career. Kepler would be lucky to crack the 150 mark.

Carlton should throw everything at taylor walker and kurt tippet. Can afford to offload players like carazzo, armfield, russel, thornton etc

I pointed that out above, but what they have is that they are amazing athletes and contested marks, which them an elite forward.

Jack Riewoldt is completely reliant on his midfield to have an impact on a game, whereas the others are all capable of playing up the ground and influencing the game in the central area doesn't mean he is average.

Kepler Bradley is a winner with magnitude, sometimes he has too much tude to handle.

Well now you're changing tenses. Originally you said he 'is' elite, now you're trying to support your statement based upon the fact he 'was' a gun player. I wouldn't necessarily call him elite nowadays and he definitely is not in the top 3 in the comp anymore.

Tippett is on a huge contract IIRC, due to GC chasing him hard and thus would surely bust Carlton's cap. Although that hasn't deterred them in the past.

Walker is surely off to GWS and I would think someone like Brian Lake would be of more use to Carlton unless they moved Waite back to CHB.

Still wouldn't change the fact they are relying on crumbers for goals and utilities to play KPF positions. You simply can't if you want to win a final. People say we had no forward line in 06, it was an average forward line however we had natural KPF which every premiership winning team has had since as far back as I can remember.

Waite is pretty much a CHF and very important to their structure. If he was playing today, there wouldn't have been such a domination by WCE.

Tbh i'd call Riewoldt an elite forward I just wanted to mention my boy keps.

I wouldn't call Cloke one yet, but by the end of September/sometime next year I might. He's getting there. Actually him and Kennedy are in a similar boat - I wouldn't call either of them elite yet but they're definitely heading that way. Although it's really just semantics.
