Array Rep Power:       40 Reputation:       6585 Selwood's loophole
I admire Selwood being honest on the issue, if not for the fact that he pulls the move a lot more than 5% of the time.'I see the benefit and an advantage I am getting at the moment on someone else because I see a weakness in what they are doing. The majority of the time they are doing 95 per cent of the tackle right. It is just that 5 per cent where I can use my upper body strength, I can dip at the knees slightly.'

25 possessions and 1 goal is now considered a bad game from ablett imo.

Array Rep Power:       48 Reputation:       8998 I'm looking forward to watching Gold Coast in four-five years times when you have your Rischitellis, Swallows, O'Mearas running the midfield and a 31-32 year old Ablett is able to sit in the forward pocket kicking bag after bag of goals.

Array Rep Power:       80 Reputation:       8546 In 5 years time most of these youngsters will be leaving to play for other teams IMO. Prestia will leave. Even David Swallow is talking about a return to W.A if he doesnt get a bumper contract (like 400k+) to stay on. No one wants to spend 5 years being a living joke. The ones that are wanted will be headhunted and won over. Id rather earn 100k less playing for Collingwood, at home with a ton more post football job security then at Gold Coast where I will get pummelled, lose 2 years of my career anyway and have nothing to fall back on once football has finished.
Id be surprised if Eagles dont end up with one of Swallow, Bennell or Matera within the next 3 yearsShutup. If I wanted too I could come down there and beat you like a rented mule, or a mule for purchase. Bottom line is if there is livestock involved, ill beat you like it

Array Rep Power:       49 Reputation:       6038 You do realise GC will give pay rises to those who deserve them right? Swallow, Bennell, McKenzie, etc will stay.

Array Rep Power:       80 Reputation:       8546 They wont pay them enough to keep them all, hence the salary cap (although could see Andy D "altering" it just for them). Also dont think they would offer enough to stave off the humiliation of actually playing for Gold Coast. Players would accept 100k less to get out of that hell hole as I said

Swallow very much wants to come back to WA according to one of his best mates. GC needs him more so than Freo or WCE though, so I hope he stays there.
McKenzie on the other hand, come to WCE brah
could you imagine hurn from the kick in to mckenzie, mckenzie goals.
