Ignore your club completely in this situation. Every club has there own whipping boys so to speak. Some that I think are a tad unfair. Most are fair. Which ones do you think are unfair. For me the standouts are
Garrick Ibbotson - A ton of Freo fans always go on about how soft he has. Ive seen this guy back into the flight of a contest a few times this season. He was moved to back pocket by Lyon when in reality he is just a winger and IMO quite a handy one. My biggest issue though is the soft one. He may have been soft a long time ago but not nowadays
Michael Firrito - Noticed a bit of hate for him around the place. No idea why, for me is a damn good player. Alot of North fans have wanted him dropped this season for some reason. Takes the game on. Might give away a few goals doing so but he is the ultimate team player who will always attack the ball + help his teammate out first. Good player IMO
Daniel Jackson - Dont get the level of hate personally. Almost all taggers in the game have similar problems to him with there disposal. His job is to defend and he does that well enough/better then any other current Richmond midfielder. I dont understand why Houli isnt more of a whipping boy. As soft as they get
Any others? Id say Eagles whipping boy is Masten nowadays. We put up with him but we dont love him or anythingShutup. If I wanted too I could come down there and beat you like a rented mule, or a mule for purchase. Bottom line is if there is livestock involved, ill beat you like it

I always thought he'd turn out alright and he is far from your worst player every week.
Last year this thread would've been dominated by Stanton.

Array Rep Power:       54 Reputation:       8787 I don't see any hate for Firrito. Jackson is shit though, at least Picken, Crowley etc can do something with the ball when they get it. Jackson just butchers it.
Stanton still cops it among the great masses of idiocy known as the Essendon members.Well, Your Honor. We've plenty of hearsay and conjecture. Those are kinds of evidence.

Array Rep Power:       80 Reputation:       8723 Crowley would actually have to get a kick to butcher it. Dont see too much difference between Picken and Jackson as far as there disposal goes. Picken admittedly does a better job locking down though

Quoted for truth.
He'd probably be leading their B&F at the moment. Not that that's saying much though.
So could Ryan Lonie.
I'd throw Courtenay Dempsey in with Houli on the "I don't get why he isn't hated" pile too, for the same reasons.Last edited by Damon_3388; 25th June 2012 at 11:20 AM.
It's such a fine line between stupid and clever.

I don't get why Norf supporters hate Liam Anthony as much as they do.

Array Rep Power:       54 Reputation:       8787 North supporters are a special breed though. According to them Cunnington et al. are already the best midfield in the comp, so they need someone to blame for their hilarious underachievement.
