Array Rep Power:       44 Reputation:       7481 Single-handedly trying to drag a bunch of; hacks, pea-hearts and young hacks and pea-hearts to victory ever week. A lesser man would struggle to even put in a decent weekly showing let alone those performances.
Don't give me the shit about the team playing better without him because they haven't won with or without him

Array Rep Power:       3 Reputation:       384 Obviously you would have got this opinion from Port supporters in real life, but he's not exactly a favourite on Port's board on bigfooty. I generally like him, because he can do some pretty impressive things on the footy field, but as you say he is so bloody frustrating because one week he is doing everything and the next you don't even realise he is out on the field.
Daniel Giansiracusa has played at a pretty consistant level of footy for the best part of ten years, seems to kick goals in every game, yet doesn't really get much recognition and once had a look on the Dogs BF board and saw some pretty ridiculous vitriol. Agree on Kozi, he's a good solid key forward who can play in the ruck. Had an influence in two very close grand finals and came pretty close to being a two time premiership player. Riewoldt too. Copped it big time after an average season last year, which would actually be a pretty decent year in most guys books, comes back this year after being considered finished and is playing some excellent footy.
Have to say though that most of these perceptions of what opposition supporters think is coming from bigfooty, and with that the opinions on there that stick with you aren't the rational, well thought ones, it's the morons.

Array Rep Power:       12 Reputation:       1827 Cam O'Shea. Showed a lot in his first year, was maligned for 5 bad minutes as a sub, which he was a horrible choice for

Array Rep Power:       18 Reputation:       3145 Seriously? No mention of Jason Blake? The man busts his balls week in and week out and does his job beautifully, yet is laughed at from all corners

Array Rep Power:       59 Reputation:       7259 I think with McVeigh it's because he has to argue every single free he gives away. I never noticed it until my mates pointed it out earlier in the year. I started watching closely and sure enough he argues his point at almost every opportunity.
I think that leads to some of the hatred. Still, he's been quite a good player over the years.

Array Rep Power:       24 Reputation:       3414 I laugh more at St Kilda for insisting on playing him as a ruckman, when he's obviously way too undersized (189cm, 90kg) for the role, and has always played his best footy as a backman anyway. Three coaches now (Scott Watters, Ross Lyon, Grant Thomas) have done it, but I don't get why it was ever tried in the first place. Good on Blake for having a go, but it's not his fault that he has repeatedly been made to play a position which he's simply inadequate for.
It's such a fine line between stupid and clever.

Array Rep Power:       18 Reputation:       3145 Was tried in the Grant Thomas era because he had some kind of vengeance against drafting ruckmen. Lyon tried to remedy this by drafting McEvoy with our first pick, as well as King and Gardiner (which were short term options) as well as a few "project" ruckmen, none of which worked out except for Stanley. Flash forward to today, King and Gardi are gone, Macca and Stanley were down, Kosi was needed as second tall up forward, Gilbert is terrible in the ruck and that's about it for talls.
Blake's the only guy who has got the legs (is genuinely one of the fittest blokes on the team), strength and some sort of height in the whole teamAndrea Pirlo - the Lenny Hayes of international football
