    Yeah, there always seems like there's been a perception that he should be a star, and that he's somehow underachieving by having been at the level he's been at for so many years (having now upped his game this year). Am I missing something? Average size, average AFL athlete, decent skills; Just seems like good average player is about his level to me. Is he just judged more harshly just because he was a first round pick way back when?

    Pretty much.

    As I mentioned before, he was always touted as the guy the Crows picked infront of Dal Santo, combined with the fact we've probably always paid overs for him contract wise to keep him from heading back to Victoria leaves some supporters a bit disillusioned.
