Kuyt was disgraceful last night and when he was shaking his head when he was getting subbed off, it made me even angrier towards him. We don't give Carroll many chances because our build up play is so damn slow. It's probably why he feels so much pressure to score since he simply must make it count when we do give him the chance.

Array Rep Power:       5 Reputation:       599 I agree with TING and co that Johnson's attacking play is not as good as Liverpool fans would have everyone believe. But Kelly isn't brilliant either. He is much more defensively sound but he ain't no Enrique.
I will say that Johnson is Insua-esque defensively. Gets beaten way more than he should; gets away with it more than he should. I would take Kelly out of the two but one isn't a massive improvement/loss over the other.
And yes, even after the obligatory ManU goal, Kuyt is still shit.

Array Rep Power:       80 Reputation:       8713 I like Johnson. I just like Martin Kelly better. Id like to see this played next week
Reina
Kelly Skrtel Agger Enrique
Johnson Gerrard Spearing Bellamy
Suarez Carroll
Atleast give Johnson a chance to make it as a RW on his own. Its not like you actually have better options then him there atm (Kuyt finished, Bellamy better at LW, Downing still trying to figure out how to complete a forward pass). Time to shift from the 4-3-3, 4-2-3-1 crap and just play a simple 4-4-2 and actually force the wide players to play wide and the strikers (looks at Suarez) to do what he did initially and that is play as a traditional front man as opposed to the quasi winger he is becomingShutup. If I wanted too I could come down there and beat you like a rented mule, or a mule for purchase. Bottom line is if there is livestock involved, ill beat you like it

Array Rep Power:       80 Reputation:       8713 A formation change would be the baby steps move towards a whole new game plan really. In some cases a formation change can trigger off something in a coach that actually leads to a whole new game plan. A low calibre example but look at Perth Glorys results ever since they changed formation. The 1 player change in formation altered the role of 6 other players around that new entry into the midfield and that just turned there season around
Sometimes it can be as simple as moving one player in to get a whole team geling together all the while creating a new set of tactics to play byShutup. If I wanted too I could come down there and beat you like a rented mule, or a mule for purchase. Bottom line is if there is livestock involved, ill beat you like it

Array Rep Power:       27 Reputation:       4868 Embers it's not like we haven't played 4-4-2 this year, it hasn't worked just like any of our other formations. We simply need a new coach, new game plan and new players.
We need to break the bank for Mourinho - Fergie is staying at United for a bit longer, Abrahimovic wouldn't want him back at Chelsea, Mancini is probably safe if they win the league. This is a massive chance for us if he really wants to return to EPL.

Array Rep Power:       80 Reputation:       8713 It hasnt worked because the wrong players have been it though is what im saying KaaN10. From your first played 4-4-2 this season id have 1 member remaining in Suarez and that is it really. A massive change up with welcoming Gerrard back, dropping Downing and having Johnson on the right could make a difference
Certainly couldnt make you worse in a attacking sense. Mourinho is also a must. I agree with thatShutup. If I wanted too I could come down there and beat you like a rented mule, or a mule for purchase. Bottom line is if there is livestock involved, ill beat you like it
