    Yeah, he was decent in the attacking 3rd, but look at his positioning for the Scholes chance and look at his positioning for Rooney's first goal (after coming off the post).

    He is ALWAYS caught out of position, basically, every time a player gets behind our defence, they've run off Johnson because as a defender, he's a liability.

    I couldn't care less how good he is going forward, he's costing us goals because he's shit.

    At one point we lost the ball in the United box and Johnson ran straight from the middle like a CM and then proceeded to position himself like a CB while Skrtel covered RB.

    Skrtel positioning for Rooneys 2nd was equally as bad IMO. Enrique was just terrible all day and Agger didnt have a good day either. Johnson positioning wasnt that bad for the Rooney goal. Cant blame the guy on the post for that one. Wasnt good when Scholes had a chance but still he was easily your best defender on the night

    Yes, it's obvious and I've been saying that since Kelly broke into the side and Johnson got fit again.

    It's ridiculous it hasn't been tried.

    Skrtel's position was equally as bad because he was trying to cover Johnson being out of position again.

    Glen Johnson wasnt at fault for the 2nd. Skrtel positionng was bad because he was trying to move left to cover for Agger if anything. Still should of attacked the ball as opposed to backing off
