What ever happened to that "Kreuzer is not a ruckman, he's a CHF long-term" theory that so many Carlton supporters were putting out there on BigFooty around 18 months ago?

Can't say I'm familiar with those discussions. Not sure where they were coming from there.

Kreuzer should be a ruckman primarily, and only spend time in the forward line (deep) when being rested, or as a plan B or C option for Carlton.

And that's saying that as an opposition fan, because that's where I think he can hurt opposition teams the most.

In hindsight, Carlton made a mistake in bringing Warnock over from Fremantle.

And if their culture is all about "winning and success", as mark McClure puts it, then they should have persisted with Fevola.

Their 2012 forward line should look like;

HF: Walker - Waite - Garlett
F: Betts - Fevola - Hampson

Obviously the situation is even more dire, given Waite's injury. The bloke's their most important player.

I see Kruezer as a ruckman, and a very good ruckmen. I don't think he would maximizing his role in the side as he should be the sole ruckman.
