    That's definitely how I read the OP, seeing as dubs said to include the player and then > or < to define whether he'll score above or below the line.

    So, Sandilands > 96, means I think he'll score more than 96.

    Just to clarify further (I said it in the OP but may as well repeat) if the players score is the same as the line, the greater or plus symbol is still a winner.

    So really > = line score and above.

    Anyway probably best to use + and - signs if people are struggling.
