    Round 16 Trades & Captain

    Spurr ---> Scotland
    Sexton ---> Murdoch

    Leaves me with only 3 trades left but just about happy with my team, next week I'll trade out either J McDonald or Shiel who are my mids on the bench and that leaves 2 trades just to deal with injuries and what-not.
