Pros:

* a true modern ruckman of the game who loves to do his shift playing around the ground, emerging as a premium ruck option in 2010
* generally pretty reliable for an 85+ score most weeks
* great job security and entrenched as Sydney's #1 ruckman. Longmire is clearly a fan and the week he has been available, Seaby has been dropped to the magoos regardless of his own form

Cons:

* gets himself suspended too much for a ruckman, you need them playing every week and don't want to call on R3 and R4 too much
* does have the odd ruckman shocker with sub-60 scores in his score card and is more of a tier 2 ruckman below Cox and Sandilands
* yet to play a full home-and-away season
