Asian Champions League: Matchday 5
The Mariners play Tianjin Teda last night and destroyed them 5-1, tonight Adelaide play Bunyodkor at Hindmarsh, while the Roar play FC Tokyo in Tokyo.
A draw for Adelaide may guarantee a spot in the round of 16 depending on the result of the other game, a win certainly would guarantee it, and would put us in the box seat for a home round of 16 clash.
The Roar need a big win tonight, they need to win their 2 final matches and make up goal difference.

C'mon you Reds!

Through to the next round

For us to earn a home tie in the round of 16, the scenario is:
- Beat Gamba in Gamba
- Draw with Gamba & Pohang to either draw or lose in Bunyodkor
- Lose to Gamba & Pohang lose to Bunyodkor.
Not sure what would happen if we lose and Pohang draw, that would put us equal on points & GD, we had the same results in the 2 games, what would be next, goals scored?
