    Sure, France created two or three chances, England created one with Milner, they created one which they scored, clear cut chances were pretty even. France had a lot of shots, but none were chances, their goal wasn't even a good chance.

    I meant good chances Neville Neville, the ones you mentioned were good (the Diarra was an excellent chance), but Milner's chance for England was a clear cut chance and those type of chances were pretty even.

    France had a lot of pot shots on goal and they're not real chances.

    They were way off their best imo on night 1.

    Agree with JP, it's like calling an full stretched catch in the slips a chance in cricket. Not quite a chance. France had a lot of half chances.

    Depends if you count pot shots as chances. Watching the game I thought while France had more of the ball in their front third they didn't create much
