    We might have to cut it off at 12 sorry footycool. I agree with archie, even 12 is pushing it, anymore would dilute the teams even more.

    No it doesn't.

    Just place in order your preferences. Once you have your main group the rest of the muppets you can just have them fall as they fall.

    Main thing is to get your preferred players in order.

    I vote we do this for at least the first 10 or so rounds, so there's no one disadvantaged for the most important players.

    Ok guys, my thoughts are (no way is this gospel - it is our comp, not mine):

    We run the draft on Ultimate Footy. This doesn't have to be a one night thing but it is a lot lot easier on there because then players won't be picked twice or people won't get confused with positions etc.

    I go away on the 3rd of Feb for two weeks, if we can't finish by then (probably unlikely to)? We could pick a day/night to finish it off, or have a 'break' for two weeks. Or we could even possibly wait until after then?

    I would prefer to make this a multiple season thing, with a certain amount of players being kept each year (say 18?).

    What are the thoughts on amounts of players on the field? 21? 18?

    Also on finals systems?

    Bye rounds?

    Small entry fee (say $10-$15 per person), and fork out for Ultimate Footy Premium or whatever they call it which gives us a lot more control + a trophy for the winner?
