He got moved off me after that. Next guy was less of a dickhead (nice bloke actually, have met him outside of footy) but was waay too slow for me. He got moved after a couple of contests where I ended up 10 metres in front of him. Only got one touch on the third guy but managed to absolutely slam him into the turf in a tackle.

Went out and saw Ian Perrie play for a quarter. He was playing in the ruck and as an extra man down back, the other ruckman was no where near his height which I thought was a bit odd as I didn't think Perrie was overly tall anyway.

Dude's a beast though, couldn't be tackled.

One would be A's, the other B's. Or they both might be B's. Last name is Sykes.

The older one apparently kicked 100 goals in amatuer level u18s, the younger one kicked 100 in country u18s.

Yeah they are 21 and 22 now- both not quite the guns they looked like being throughout their junior careers. Older one is an A grade premiership player in the country, and the younger one is a B grade leading goalkicker there, but not much else.

I might be going to watch Kilburn vs CBOC tomorrow if the weather isn't shit. Apparently Alex Carey is playing for CBC, don't know if it's true but you'd think he'd kill it in div 3 even if it is still a decent level. Fairly sure Darren Jarman's still coach out there too.

We've got the bye out here. Good to have a break, I'm pretty sore after last week. Was double teamed for the first time in my life and copped some hard knocks. Had a big guy on me when I was in the 50, and when I led up another guy jumped in front. Was actually frustrating- would get ahead of the other guy then out of nowhere the other would zone across and he was much quicker.
