    Outrageous.

Lewis Johnston booted 3 for the Roosters.

Surely Knights has to be very close after that performance. I'd bring him in for either Porps or Johncock.

Brown and Otten are closing in on Doughty's spot too.

I think one of Lynch or Johnston could come for Jenkins and we play Tippett as a second ruck. So far this year Tippett has looked much better with Lynch in the side.

    Lewis Johnston - 15 possessions, 9 marks, 2 tackles, 3 goals
    Shaun McKernan - 13 possession, 4 tackles, 16 hit-outs, 2 goals
    Andy Otten - 20 possessions, 5 tackles
    Brad Symes - 28 possessions, 15 marks, 1 goal
    Ricky Henderson - 22 possessions, 12 marks, 2 tackles
    Luke Brown - 13 possessions, 2 marks

Lewis Johnston was super impressive for North yesterday, really liking his progress, it's a shame he's so far down the pecking order as a key forward.

    McKernan actually kicked three goals.

Another (statistically) impressive game from Lynch with 29 touches and 11 marks, but again no goals. I'm guessing Glenelg are playing him off half-back but he's not likely to get selected as a defender for the Crows. Johnston was the one we recruited with an eye to playing him in the backlines. Those two along with McKernan are starting to put some intense pressure on the selectors for the third tall forward spot.

    My changes:
    Mackay/Knights in for Vince (susp)
    Hendo in for Johncock (omit)

Knights didn't play for the Eagles today, one would have to guess he's playing this Friday night.

Doubt Hendo will come in, St Kilda only play the 2 talls up forward leaving us a little tall, plus the weather looks pretty poor. We need the smaller brigade to shut down Milera and Saad so that should spare Stiffy another week.

Although Stiffy hasn't been used in the backline at all this season (maybe in the first couple of rounds) so it's hard to see us swinging him back there imo.

I noticed Ellis-Yolmen was in the Eagles best yesterday, he only picked 12 possessions, is he playing a tagging role? Deebz, have you seen him in action this year?

He hasn't played much this season, been mostly in the reserves so I haven't seen him play as yet. We are pretty godawful this season so he should get some more league games through the rest of the season. He's a real project player so doubt the Crows will be too fussed about him playing in the magoos.

Kerridge, Tambling and Otten all in the bests for their respective clubs.

Jaensch would have to be on very thin ice now you'd think.

    Brad Symes - 29 possessions, 6 marks
    Ricky Henderson - 15 possessions, 6 marks
    Aiden Riley - 23 possessions, 2 marks
    Sam Kerridge - 19 possessions, 9 marks
    Richard Tambling - 17 possessions
    Tim McIntyre - 10 possessions, 5 marks, 1 goal
    Andy Otten - 21 possessions, 3 marks
    Shaun McKernan - 19 possessions, 7 marks, 2 goals
    Brodie Smith - 29 possessions, 4 marks
    Cameron Ellis-Yolmen - 15 possessions, 3 marks
    Luke Thompson - 12 possessions, 4 marks
    Lewis Johnston - 10 possessions, 2 marks, 1 goal
    James Craig - 7 possessions

Champion Data site doesn't have hit-out or tackle stats

Some good numbers there though, good to see Aiden Riley find a bit of form also encouraging signs for Smack, Brodie looking good to head back into the side next week.

Probably next week? Westies had the bye so he wouldn't have played anyway.

meh the tackle and hitouts stats are on the SANFL site under each individual game. McKernan had 18 hitouts sharing the rucking with Bass.

Crouch actually played for WWT's reserves this week. No idea how he went though.

Lynch with another midfielder's stats game today.
