R14: Adelaide vs. Richmond - Changes & Discussion

The fuck was that? Sando to ring the changes this week and drop a few after that disgusting performance. Potential changes:

Outs: McKernan (and never, EVER in again), Douglas, Jaensch, Martin, Doughty, Shaw
Ins: Jenkins, Smith, Johncock, Knights, Henderson

Tippett is a potential out with his concussion as well.

Unless Shaw is injured he stays. He is quality, despite the spuds dominating him today.

    Smack for Jenkins.
    Douglas & Doughty stay.
Jaensch & Martin for Smith & Johncock.

Everything is made in China. Except Tom Brady’s tears. We make those in Baltimore.

Even Sando admitted in the post-game presser Petrenko as a sub was a mistake. You need his energy out there.

What does Doughty do to stay in the team? He doesn't get many touches and when he does he usually turns it over, and doesn't even lay many tackles. Is he just staying in the team because the core group is young and he's old, so he gets a free pass under the guise of "experience"?

Play Brodie Smith in his place.

Because I'd rather Martin & Jaensch out for now to bring Smith & Stiffy back in.

Doughty stays until Jaensch gets SANFL form

I would be staggered if he stays in. Isn't there tough competition for spots in your back six?

He was utter wank. We kept exposing him and going through his man all night.

Any of Otten, L. Thompson, Henderson and Lynch could play the 3rd tall defender role. It's probably our deepest position.

None of them are as good as Shaw.

    You're lucky he played then.

    Could've been a 10 goal loss.

Pretty stiff on Dougy, I thought he was serviceable today.

The rest, yeah, wouldn't be too unhappy to see the back of all of them. I'd say McKernan is gone, and one of Martin or Jaensch, Sando likes Jaensch so I'd imagine Martin will go.

Jenkins & Stiffy to come in.

Really worried about this week, who is going to take Riewoldt? He's going to be far too nimble for anything we have. Johncock MUST play, any other player on Nahas will see their pants pulled down.

I watched the Foxtel Cup on the weekend and Andy Otten was pretty shithouse tbh. Whatever happened to him. Those injuries screw him over badly and hasn't got back to his best, or is he just not that good?
    Things more accurate than Melbourne:

Rutten/Talia will take him and I predict we'll use a loose man in defence to position himself right in front of Jack.

Just doesn't seem to have the pace for AFL anymore. It's a shame as he looked exciting in 2009. But that was 3 seasons ago and he looks nothing like the player he was back then, let alone who we'd hope he could become.
