Both Grant and Jones looked good as well, and still do sporadically. But they've failed to take the next step. That's really down to the club tbh. The Dogs haven't got anyone with a bit of talent as a key forward to utilise it in recent times. There's no excuse for Cordy and/or Roughead not getting there. Both have the talent as you said.

Probably, but the best way to get better is to teach your young players to win. Which is what we try to do. None of this pathetic "lets go out and lose so we get a better draft pick" shit.
