    We need a DCM in the team badly. Fact of the matter is we gift up way too much possession in the midfield and when we do win the ball we win it too deep in our own half to launch a proper counter attack or to even launch a proper attack in general. Need to move Tomkins back to DCM if Diop isnt fit yet. Also need to start bringing Ravel off from the bench to add some creativity in the last half of games. Seem to never be able to score goals at the end of a game

    Doesnt matter who you play. If you cant put a proper formation out on a football field your going to drift back to the very bottom of the pack very quickly. Mark Noble tries but hes not a DCM at all im afraid. We have a good squad but we simply cannot get into a game without the proper structure to do so. Its a basic necessity of football nowadays that a DCM plays. Two weeks in a row we have went without and in the end it has showed in the possession stats.

    Ravel Morrison set to make his starting debut it seems. Been lighting it up at training too. Something like

    Green
    O'Brien Faye Reid McCartney
    Noble Tomkins
    Morrison Nolan Taylor
    Cole

    Henderson Collins Lansbury Maynard Carew

    Something like that would be ideal. Cole needs a rest. We need a true DCM in there and not a Noble Nolan CM duo for a change. Throw Nolan behind the lone striker again ffs. Going 2-0 win for us
