Torres sounds as if he wants out.
"It's contradictory because I feel like I'm at a peak moment in my career, with more desire and hunger than I've felt in a long time but I had to spend the final on the bench," Torres told Balague in an interview with as.com.
"It was a great disappointment when I saw the line-up, perhaps the greatest of my life.
"This season I have felt things I had not felt before. I felt that I was treated in a way that I did not expect, not the way they talked when I joined this club.
"We will talk about my future because what I've experienced this year is not a role for me, nor is it the one I expected to play when I came here. I'm not comfortable.
"A victory like in Munich makes up for it, but I need the club to tell me what is going to happen and what sort of role I will have within the team and then judge whether it is worth it."#FirstTakeCrew #TIACMB

Array Rep Power:       19 Reputation:       2900 He is playing a total victim with those comments. It's his own fault. Goes both ways, when Chelsea paid 50 mil for him they didn't expect him to be so shit and miss with an open goal. He didn't really deserve to start because he can't be trusted this season. He stunk it up too many times.
Still think he can be a top player again, but hes turned into a sook and playing victim. Just needs to man up and work harder and prove them wrong.

Array Rep Power:       80 Reputation:       8679 If Chelsea want to win the league + Champs League double as a goal, they need someone better then top to be leading the line. They need world class superstar. Torres will never be that.
Flog him off to Malaga, get some money back and get in your RVP type player. Falcao, Higuain, Hulk some other options tooShutup. If I wanted too I could come down there and beat you like a rented mule, or a mule for purchase. Bottom line is if there is livestock involved, ill beat you like it

Array Rep Power:       14 Reputation:       1971 It isn't though. You can tell his heart isn't in it anymore. When you don't have the passion, you can't be a top player.
Atletico is the only place he might turn it around and become semi-competent again. Though their fans might get a shock about how he's gone from a guy who gave 110% to a guy who looks like he'd rather be anywhere else other than playing football.Sebastian Vettel - 3x Formula One World Champion - 2010, 2011, 2012

Array Rep Power:       80 Reputation:       8679 Think thats a bit of a copout. People are mistaking a lack of pace and a lack of confidence as a lack of effort. He is just that much slower nowadays and he is that uncertain on the ball. Its not a heart thing. Its a person who knows his body can no longer do what he needs/wants it to do.
Shutup. If I wanted too I could come down there and beat you like a rented mule, or a mule for purchase. Bottom line is if there is livestock involved, ill beat you like it

Array Rep Power:       14 Reputation:       1971 His heart definitely isn't in it, but this is also a factor in his demise. I'm astonished people think he can still get back to the class of a top player. He hasn't played consistently at that level for 3-4 seasons now, and his last 2 seasons have been hopeless.
As has been stated, his best weapon was his pace, and the intelligence of his runs. That's shot to pieces. He's never been a consistent finisher, and his close control has never been fantastic either. Once the pace went he was always going to hit a pretty steep decline.Sebastian Vettel - 3x Formula One World Champion - 2010, 2011, 2012
